- Take the ring road “rocade” and follow “rocade Nord”
- Take the exit N° 15 Porte des Longchamps/ Rennes Centre / Beaulieu
- After the exit, turn left at the first round abound towards “Rennes Centre”, then turn right at the second roundabout towards “route de Fougères”
- Keep going up to the traffic lights
- The hotel is on your right just after the traffic lights (in front of the restaurant “Côt & Bœuf”

- Follow directions towards “Rennes centre”

Our 3 stars hotel with 64 rooms is located at Cesson Sévigné – Rennes in the heart of the business center of Atalante Beaulieu, close to the Beaulieu Uninversity, 2 minutes from “Par d’activités des Champs Blancs”
Ideally located, we are at 10 minutes drive from the city center of Rennes, 20 minutes from the airport. We are aloso close to the city ring ,”Rocade”, at the exit n°15 “Porte des Longschamps”.
Being close to the “Gayeulles” park, you willl also be able to enjoy a walk in a green environnement by the lake just behind the hotel.
